Expedition Factory and BMD Advies, together with Dutch TV Meteorologist Reinier van den Berg are organizing a climate expedition to the African Rainforest in Cameroon. This expedition will zoom in on the impact of climate change on the Rainforest, but also on new sustainable forest management methods to protect the lungs of the world from disappearing.

After the successful climate expedition to the Greenland icesheet in 2010, Expedition Factory and meteorologist Reinier van den Berg organize two new climate expeditions to this special part of the world. The expeditions are planned around the end of the Arctic winter, when light has returned, but the icesheet is still at its largest extent after winter.

Dates for this climate expedition in 2011 are:
- 31 March - 5 April 2011
- 14 - 19 April 2011

Expedition Factory organized a climate expedition for TV weather presenters and climatologists to the Greenland icecap, from 15 to 21 September 2010. Participants of this successful expedition included meteorologists Jocelyne Blouin, Reinier van den Berg and Helga van Leur.

The expedition was accompanied by TV crews from Dutch RTL4 News and Radio TV Canada.
