Remco is a business scientist, specialized in Business Process Management, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Equipment Leasing and IT, having worked in international teams at various organizations.

Remco has 14 years experience as an expedition leader, organizing trips to Arctic regions in Europe. Remco loves to meticulously plan all the details of a trip, only to find out that local weather conditions require a whole new trip plan. He is very flexible, capable of changing plans and come up with alternatives at any point.

As a trainer Remco is a qualified user of the MBTI®, MTR-i and ITPQ psychological analysis instruments.

Edser is an economist and marketeer, with 15 years of professional experience in management team and boards of Dutch banks and insurance companies.

For Edser the passion for winter expeditions started back in January of 1990, taking a tent to a deserted campground on the island of Texel. Soon afterwards this primitive initiative evolved into more serious undertakings, where he gathered many years of experience with modern expedition equipment and techniques, in various Arctic areas of the world.

Edser is a fully qualified trainer using the MBTI®, MTR-i and ITPQ psychological instruments.
