Expedition Factory was founded by two friends in 2008, turning their passion into work. After a 15 year career in the international corporate world they now combine interim management projects with their work as expedition leaders and trainers for Expedition Factory.

Mission
Expedition Factory brings people together in new, unknown, beautiful, but sometimes challenging and vulnerable parts of the world. It lets people cooperate under these conditions, with the goal to learn about our responsibility towards the planet and its people.
